Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze RFP documents to provide Directors a clear indication of project requirements;

• Assists Project Directors in project resource planning and project data entry in the centralized system;

• Assist the Directors in Business Development work;

• Formulation of fee proposals and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• At least a recognized Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Business Administration or equivalent;

• 1 to 3 years of relevant of working experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts;

• MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge in contracts review and contract related risk management;

• Strong in verbal and written communication skills;

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
