1) Kitchen Crew

Job Description:

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to daily operational needs and company standards.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
• Assist in dishwashing duties when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisors.

2. Service Crew

Job Description:

• Welcome and greet customers warmly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service and dining areas.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisors.
