Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, mooncakes, and specialty pastries
• Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal products
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders on time

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant baking experience
• Proficient in both traditional and modern baking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mooncake production is a plus
• Familiarity with Halal or health-focused baking standards
• Able to operate basic baking equipment and tools
