Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Propose and design research plans related to Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management, focusing on enhancing citizens' experiences and insights
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using diverse methods (e.g., surveys, ethnographic interviews, focus group discussions, contextual inquiries, and observations)
• Identify and analyse emerging trends and draw contextual insights for the Singapore public sector
• Manage Whole-of-Government (WOG) research projects, including study design, procurement, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and dissemination of results
• Translate research findings into impactful learning products such as articles, infographics, videos, toolkits, games, simulations, and case studies
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing communities and platforms to promote best practices and address challenges in service and operations management
• Design and implement learning interventions such as roundtables, seminars, dialogues, and consultancy projects with public service practitioners and leaders
• Provide consultancy and advisory services on service, operations, and enforcement management initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and an inquisitive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey research in engaging and accessible ways
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across different levels
• Self-motivated, adaptable, innovative, and resourceful
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer insights, market research, or consulting (preferred)
