You will lead a small team, coordinate with partners, and ensure the centre runs smoothly while achieving its mission of empowering youth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
• Manage programme scheduling, space usage, and activity logistics.
• Supervise and support staff, volunteers, and facilitators.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, funders, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, track outcomes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in centre or facility management, programme coordination, or community work.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for youth empowerment and positive community engagement.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Non-Profit Management, or related fields (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in centre management, programme coordination, or social/community work.
• Knowledge of youth development and safeguarding practices preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva/MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with basic budgeting and reporting.
