We are seeking a Food Operations Executive to work with Food Court Manager to oversee our food court operations.

Job Descriptions:

* Oversee daily food court operations, including staff management and vendor relations

* Implement and maintain quality control measures for food safety and hygiene

* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve operational performance

* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly

*Direct and manage the restaurant according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements

* Mentor and supervise service staff on food handling, service conduct, and compliance to standards

*Advise on operational needs and service consistency

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in food court or restaurant management

* Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams

* Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems

* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the F&B industry
