Salary Range: SGD $50-$75 per hour (Part-Time) / Negotiable monthly (Contract / Full-Time) Working Hours: Weekdays, evenings and/or weekends - subject to class schedule

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic IELTS teachers to join our academic faculty. You will be responsible for preparing international learners (mainly secondary and high school students) for the IELTS Academic test. This role supports both online and onsite lesson delivery, with flexible teaching schedules offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS Academic lessons (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking) in group or 1-to-1 settings
• Design and adapt teaching content aligned with IELTS standards and band descriptors
• Use online platforms and digital tools to deliver lessons effectively
• Track student progress and provide timely feedback
• Work closely with the academic team to update lesson materials and assessments
• Maintain proper records in accordance with our college's standards

Job Requirements

• Degree in English, Education or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/PGCE/PGDE certifications or IELTS results report preferred
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in IELTS or English language proficiency courses
• Proficiency with digital tools (e.g. Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platforms)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
• Strong communication and learner management skills
• Able to teach in hybrid, online, or in-person formats based on scheduling
