Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing food ingredients in accordance with kitchen standards
- Support daily kitchen operations by ensuring ingredients are well-stocked and prepped
- Uphold food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations
- Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate required
- Prior experience in hotel kitchen or Chinese cuisine preferred
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
