Responsibilities:
- Manage and support customer accounts in Southeast Asia, handling enquiries on quotation, delivery, quality, compliance, and other related matters.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment with company policies and customer satisfaction goals.
- Conduct face-to-face or online meetings with customers to maintain strong business relationships and understand their production and sales trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts.
- Support the company's business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and participating in overseas visits when necessary.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback for business strategy improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Engineering or related fields will be an advantage).
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export, or logistics processes will be advantageous.
