We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Hair Salon Manager to lead our salon team while providing top-tier hair services to our clients. This dual role combines leadership, operations management, and hands-on hairstyling.The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, has strong leadership skills, and excels in customer service.

Staff Management & Development:

• Hire, train, and manage salon staff, including hairstylists, receptionists, and assistants.
• Provide ongoing professional development and training to staff on new techniques, services, and products.
• Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage while respecting individual needs and preferences.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, encouragement, and support.

Managerial Duties:

• Supervise, support, and lead the salon team
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
• Manage salon software, client bookings, and daily cash handling
• Track salon performance and assist with goal setting and business growth strategies
• Promote salon services, manage social media, and run marketing campaigns

Hairstyling Duties:

• Perform a full range of hair services including: Haircuts and trims (men, women, children) Hair coloring and highlighting Hair styling (blowouts, updos, bridal styles) Hair treatments (deep conditioning, keratin, etc.)
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend styles/products
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and tools
• Stay up-to-date on latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Upsell salon products and services as appropriate

Hair Services:

• Perform a full range of professional hair services, including: Haircuts for men, women, and children Hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and corrective color Hair styling for daily wear, events, or weddings Hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin, and smoothing services

Client Relations:

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Provide personalized consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
• Educate clients on haircare routines and recommend professional products
• Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Sales & Retail Management:

• Lead and motivate the team to meet retail sales goals and offer clients product recommendations tailored to their needs.
• Track and manage product inventory, ensuring that popular products are always in stock while discontinuing underperforming items.
• Develop strategies to maximize product sales in the salon, including creating product bundles or offering promotions.
