Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, check, retrieve, load, unload, repack, and palletize import and export cargo, following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform physical inventory counts, and ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks) and ensure their proper maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide guidance to junior staff.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Address customer complaints and resolve discrepancies related to warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with third-party warehouses for inventory transfers and deliveries.
- Lift goods weighing 15-20kg when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements:
- Experience in spare parts warehouse operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Forklift certificate (preferred).
- Class 3 license (preferred).
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
