Requirements
Work Arrangements
- Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act
- Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system
- Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation
- Functions as the Site EHS Assessor in the verification of hazardous works
- Conduct EHS induction courses for new employees and contractors
- Ensure that Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedures are brief to workers and sub-contractor
- Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures
- Preparation of monthly WSH reports Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements
- Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements
- Maintain, update and retain relevant records and certificates as required under the regulations required by the regulatory authorities
- Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits
- Conduct WSH and other related training
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction
- Certification in WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety And Health (Level B)
- Certification in WSQ Perform Work At Height / WSQ Manage Work at Heights
- Certification in WSQ Perform Work in Confined Space Operation (PWCSO)
- Responsible and with a good communication skills and attitude
- A team player with and ability to work independently
Work Arrangements
- 6-day workweek
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
