Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: TCM Service Provider
• Position Title: Clinic Assistant (TCM Clinic)
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 8 hours, 2-3 days per week (Weekdays: 11am - 8pm; Weekends: 10am - 6pm; Closed on Mondays and PH)
• Salary Package: Daily rate up to $100 per day
• Duration: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support physicians with daily clinic tasks
• Prepare and dispense herbal medicine with care
• Explain medication instructions and clinic procedures to patients
• Keep the dispensary clean and organized
• Handle front-desk duties such as patient registration and scheduling appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries
• Provide friendly and helpful service to patients
• Assist with stock-taking duties
