What you'll be doing

• Coordinate quality models, standards, audits, and risk management activities
• Manage incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend improvements
• Analyse and report quality and safety data, creating actionable insights and dashboards
• Provide secretariat support to committees and maintain quality-related communications, including website updates
• Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and stakeholders to promote continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare Administration or related studies
• 3 - 4 years of experience in healthcare quality and safety, project management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
