Reporting To: Operations Manager

Working Hours

• Mon - Thu: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (inclusive of 30 min lunch break)
• Fri: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (inclusive of 30 min lunch break)
• Alternative working hours may be assigned by the Operations Manager based on school needs
• ❌ No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays, unless required for school events/functions

Key Responsibilities

General Upkeep & Maintenance

• Support the upkeep of the school compound and equipment
• Inspect work progress and provide feedback to the Operations Manager
• Accompany MOE term contractors for inspections, repairs, and maintenance

Logistical & Event Support

• Provide logistical assistance for school events and functions

Ad-hoc Duties

• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager, Vice Principals, or Principal

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Physically fit

✅ Experience:

• Prior experience performing school attendant duties is preferred

✅ Skills & Attributes:

• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Responsible, punctual, and cooperative
