- Manage all restaurant personnel, ensure all restaurant employees report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform and name badge.
- Motivate employees to perform duties to consistently high standards. Maintain high productivity and morale of restaurant staff.
- Plan and communicate duty schedules for restaurant employees in accordance with manning guide and business forecast.
- Assist in preparation of requisitions for General Store items for restaurants and maintains stock at cost efficient level.
- Controls all operating equipment used in the outlets, keeping losses to the minimum.
- Assists with regular inventories of operating equipment in conjunction with the stewarding department when required by management.
- Assists with maintenance of daily restaurant service log book and reports daily to Food and Beverage.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of restaurant manager work experience.
- Friendly and service-oriented personality.
- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
Other Information
- Work location: West Coast Ferry Road (Bus 175 and 176) beside West Coast Park.
- Company transport provided (Clementi MRT Station).
- Meals provided.
