Location: AMK / Kovan

Shift Hours: 8am-4pm / 4pm-10pm (44 hrs/week) - Cannot choose

Salary package:

• Basic up to $2,500/month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front-desk operations including patient registration, appointment bookings, phone enquiries, and maintaining patient records
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and ensure availability of medical supplies
• Assist doctors and nurses during procedures and consultations, prepare treatment rooms, and sterilise medical equipment

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC
• Prior clinic or healthcare experience is highly advantageous
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
