Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Experience as shipping admin

Job Duties:

• Prepare and manage essential shipping documents, such as letters of credit, bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Reviewing of sales & purchase contracts
• Manage L/C & submit to bank for negotiation
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation for all shipments.
• Monitor and maintain organized records of shipping documents for easy retrieval and reference.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Shipping Operations, Logistics or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of working experience preferably in order processing & shipping
• Able to start work with short notice or immediate
