Responsibilities:

• Support the APAC President in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the region.
• Assist in setting and managing country-level KPIs and performance tracking
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data across APAC countries
• Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights based on operational data
• Prepare strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) leaders
• Support regional performance review, planning processes, and business system improvements
• Participate in or lead cross-functional projects related to operational enhancement and regional alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; candidates with advanced degrees or international exposure are a plus
• At least minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required
• Proven ability to work in data-driven environments, with strong analytical and presentation skills
