We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations at our vehicle repair workshop. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high service standards, leading the workshop team, and upholding safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day workshop operations.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of mechanics.
• Ensure all repairs and services are completed to company and regulatory standards.
• Allocate job assignments and monitor work progress to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work before vehicle delivery.
• Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with customers on repair updates, cost estimates, and technical explanations where needed.
• Ensure workplace safety, compliance with regulations, and proper maintenance of workshop equipment.
• Provide technical support to the team when necessary.
• Assist management in improving processes and customer satisfaction.
