We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR functions that drive organisational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning - Develop a clear HR resource plan that allows the organisation to meet both its existing and future needs, and help the organisation achieve its goals.
- Recruitment & Selection - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop effective sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to recruit and onboard employees.
- Talent Development - Implement HR strategies to attract and retain talent, drive succession planning and grow the leadership pipeline
- Employee Relations - Foster employee well-being and implement initiatives to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits - Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with regulations and employment laws.
- Performance Management - Provide guidance to managers on performance reviews and employee development.
- Learning & Development - Identify training needs and roll out targeted L&D programmes to support staff growth.
- HR Policies & Compliance - Develop, implement and communicate HR policies aligned with MOE frameworks and legal requirements.
- HR Data & Reporting - Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support evidence-based decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or business partnering role.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for HR insights
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and HR analytics tools.
