Responsibilities

• Lead full ACMV project cycle: planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.
• Supervise site team, engineers, WSH coordinator, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and manage schedules.
• Handle monthly progress claims, variation orders, and extension of time.
• Manage all technical documentation: MOS, RA, SWP, drawings, RFA, RFI.
• Plan manpower, forecast resources, and resolve site issues proactively.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, O&M manual, and DLP documentation.
• Liaise with main contractor, consultants, and clients.
• Chair site meetings and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• At least 10 years' experience in ACMV & BMS system design and installation.
• Strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
