Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals
• Lead the sales team with target setting, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to fulfill customer needs
• Track market trends, competitors, and industry regulations (solar sector)
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management

Requirements:

• Knowledge in solar PV systems, including inverters, storage, and installation methods
• Understand local solar regulations, incentives, and green financing options
• Able to handle both B2C and B2B sales in residential and commercial solar projects
