Job Title: Project Coordinator (ID6063)
Location: Commonwealth
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: $3500-$4000

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and track projects to meet deadlines, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Work with clients, vendors, and team members to get requirements, solve problems, and keep projects running smoothly.
• Prepare budgets and keep project records up to date.
• Assist the Manager with coordination, reports, and technical matters.
• Organize daily work for the team, handle multiple tasks, and solve issues quickly.
• Check engineering work and follow up on any changes needed.
• Do other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
• Good communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and documentation work.
• Able to speak with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Reports to the Marketing Manager.
