You will need to

• Demonstrate care, empathy, and deliver excellent frontline service to the client
• Handle the feedback from patients/next-of-kin
• Providing crowd control at the clinic
• Assist patients enrolling in the eligible scheme via phone application
• Administrative support to the department

The Successful Applicant

• Min GCE "N"/"O" level and above
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team Player
• IT savvy
