Job Title: Floor Operations Lead (F&B | 5-Day Week | Up to $4,000++)

• Lead the Floor: Guide the service team through each shift with clarity, calm, and confidence.
• Be the Guest's First Impression: Warm greetings, professional demeanour, and attentive service set the tone.
• Drive Flow and Timing: Manage seating, table turnover, and guest pacing to reduce wait times and maintain a smooth experience.
• Keep the Vibe On Point: Ensure lighting, music, and ambience all match the mood of the moment.
• Team Development: Offer on-the-ground coaching and encouragement to junior staff, nurturing service excellence in real time.
• Support Daily Ops: Align closely with the management team on shift goals, updates, and service standards.

Who We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of front-of-house F&B experience
• Cool-headed and composed during peak rushes
• Strong communicator, team motivator, and guest advocate
• Comfortable with rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night), weekends, and public holidays
