Director of Mobile Advertising and Monetization

Responsibilities:
-Conduct high-level business communications with clients to expand company business in the mobile gaming and applications industry, including advertising placement, monetization, and store services;
-Develop and implement advertising and monetization strategies for mobile games and applications to drive company growth and performance;
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with local Singapore companies, as well as global mobile gaming platforms and ad networks such as Google, Facebook, Unity, etc.;
-Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies, including app store optimization (ASO), user acquisition campaigns, and in-app promotional activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives;
-Lead a team to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of mobile advertising and monetization campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results;
-Collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and improvement based on market trends and user feedback.
Requirements:
-5+ years of work experience, with a solid background in mobile gaming or applications advertising and monetization;
-Proven experience in digital marketing within the mobile gaming or applications industry, including ASO, user acquisition, and marketing analytics;
-Strong business negotiation and communication skills;
-Familiarity with processes and strategies of digital marketing platforms such as Google, Facebook, Unity, etc.;
-Proven track record of successfully leading a team and driving results;
-Prior experience in operating health-related mobile tool applications is a plus.
