Are you an experienced sales professional passionate about education? We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a tuition or enrichment centre setting in Singapore
• Good track record in sales conversion and customer relationship management
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable speaking with parents, following up consistently, and presenting programme value
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and organised in handling CRM updates and sales pipelines
• Familiar with basic administrative and operations workflows in an education environment
• Able to work on Saturdays and follow a retail-based schedule
