- Picking and Packing products for customers' online orders
- Processing online orders promptly and accurately, for timely fulfilment and pick up by our logistic partners
- Update customers on their parcel shipping status
- Stock taking and manage inventories
- Follow policies and procedures to determine appropriate substitutions in the event items are out-of-stock
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the store
- Other duties and functions as assigned
- Prior Ecommerce Warehousing experience preferred

- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Positive attitude, organised and can work independently
