Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Candidate Engagement (60%)
  • Manage and track incoming applications (ExploreFirst, Career Trial, direct applicants)
  • Shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest and fit
  • Maintain the recruitment database and reports
  • Provide a warm and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

Social Media & Content Creation (40%)
  • Plan, create and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
  • Write career stories, testimonials and highlight the team culture
  • Design visuals using Canva or similar tools (training will be provided)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose training sessions, interviews and webinars into shareable content
  • Track and analyse content engagement performance


Requirements:
  • Min 1 year of experience in HR, Marketing or Communications
  • Familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva
