Tasks & responsibilities

1.\tUnderstand client's experiences objectives; curate, plan & customise unique proposals for clients

2.\tHandle Clients as a singular point of contact to deliver the best project experience

3.\tEffective service delivery to all valued customers with strong administrative and follow up skills

4.\tHave in-depth understanding of our company's offerings

5.\tWorking closely with local / overseas partners to smoothly execute the various experiences

6.\tLead clients on overseas trips

7.\tGo on overseas familiarization trips as part of the enrichment of product knowledge

8.\tOperationalisse and create memorable experiences for all of our clients

9.\tEngage, build and maintain strong client relationship and account management

Prerequisites:

• \tLove for Sports is a MUST

• \tGCE 'A' level with at least 2 years of working experience in local travel agency / sports companies or Fresh Diploma / Graduate in Tourism or related studies or graduates

• \tPast experience in Sports Industry is a PLUS

• \tBilingual in English & a second language to deal with our customers is a MUST

• \tAbility to work as a team player is a MUST

• \tSelf driven and motivated
