Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and prepare detailed product specifications tailored to project requirements
• Develop product specifications for submission to main contractors, architects, consultants, and developers
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective product positioning and client engagement
• Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with prospective clients to drive repeat and sustainable sales

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or related discipline)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the sales industry with a strong sales track record
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with professionals and site personnel across various levels
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to support daily reporting and presentations
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
