Sales Manager (WINES)

As the Sales Manager in Cellars Di-Vine (wine distribution arm of Caerus Holdings Pte.Ltd.), you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's wine portfolio to various clients, including restaurants, bars, wine shops, retailers, and other establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including restaurants, bars, wine shops, retailers, and other establishments, to expand the company's customer base.
Wine Portfolio Presentation: Present the company's wine portfolio, including varietals, vintages, pricing, and unique selling points to clients, emphasizing the quality and value of the products.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives, including pricing, promotions, and distribution plans.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, wine consumer preferences, and competitive offerings to make informed sales and marketing decisions.
Sales Meetings and Negotiations: Arrange and conduct sales meetings, wine tastings, and negotiations with potential clients to secure sales agreements.
Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely order processing, including invoicing and delivery coordination.
Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed sales records and generate regular reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's wine products, including the winemaking process, flavor profiles, and food pairing recommendations.
Qualifications:
WSET certification preferred but not required.
Proven experience in sales, particularly within the wine or beverage industry.
Excellent knowledge of wine and the F&B industry in Singapore.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including wine presentation and tasting abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
