Job Descriptions :

* Overseeing and directing construction projects from cnception to completion.

* Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

* Oversessing all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

* Monitor,control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors.

* To ensure projects meet customer's quality standards.

* Any Ad-hoc duties required.

Requirements :

* Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with at least 8 years relavant experiences at managerial level in construction.

* Process good knowledge in construction management.

* Good leadership and management skills.

* Long term experience in residential/landed projects desire.

* Working location in ANG MO KIO.

* Possess min PM safety certificate/Work at Height Certificate/RA Certificate.
