Wellness Consultant (Sales Associate / Store Assistant)

Summary:

Zhong Yan Tang is a fast-growing health supplement brand in the premium wellness industry, specializing in freshly stewed bird's nest as its signature product. We offer a comprehensive range of six nourishing categories, including sea cucumber, abalone, fish maw, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, and traditional desserts and porridges. We're looking for wellness consultant to join our team !

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of experience in the health and wellness industry/ retail sales or high-end/luxury product sales
• Comfortable to work on weekends / Public Holidays

Job Scope:

1. Store Operations: Responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to product sales, customer service, product display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping;
2. Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis as planned by the company;
3. Product Sales: Carry out daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers, and provide basic health advice;
4. Customer Outreach: Use various methods such as in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online marketing to reach out to and maintain both new and existing customers;
5. Customer Service: Build and maintain customer management systems, improve customer satisfaction, and develop long-term clients.

6. Additional Responsibilities:
a. Recommend appropriate wellness products
b. Assist new team members in improving their sales and customer service skills;
c. Contribute to: identifying new market channels, planning sales campaigns, increasing sales revenue, improving customer retention
