WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will support the research team in data collection and processing in the following areas:

• Conduct mystery audits to ensure compliance to service standards
• Conduct telephone or face-to-face interviews to obtain relevant information by asking questions from a prepared outline
• Contact individuals from a prepared list of names to introduce and explain the study objectives and protocol and schedule interviews or invite them to participate in focus group discussions
• Conduct data entry of collected data
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE IN THIS ROLE

• Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Some experience in telemarketing sales, outdoor sales or frontline customer service will be an added advantage
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Good listening, interpersonal and interviewing skills
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Achievement and goal-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week
