• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee smooth floor service from open to close
• Drive Guest Experience: Anticipate needs, resolve issues early, and leave lasting impressions
• Coach the Crew: Train, support, and bring out the best in every team member
• Set the Standard: Maintain consistent service, hygiene, and presentation standards

Who We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in a floor lead or supervisor role (F&B preferred)
• Comfortable communicating with team and guests alike
• Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Hands-on leader who leads by example, keeps things organized, and builds team morale
• Available for rotating shifts, 5 days per week
