A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Corporate Finance Senior Associate (M&A) position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly connect with each site team to review operational and financial performance.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to identify and address any performance gaps.
- Drive the full deal process, from financial modeling and risk analysis to valuation, due diligence, structuring, and closure.
- Prepare and present regular updates on site performance, ongoing projects, and discussions in progress.
- Review and support approval of annual budgets and capital expenditure plans for each site.
- Evaluate existing workflows and processes for improvement, implement best practices, and facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Initiate feasibility assessments for investments or long-term collaborations, and build business plans and financial models to support decision-making.
- Assess current operations to identify consolidation or divestment opportunities where appropriate.
- Prepare letters of intent or bid documents when needed.
- Draft and review key partnership or service agreements, such as shareholder or joint venture contracts.
- Conduct due diligence to verify information from potential partners or targets.
- Participate in various ad‑hoc strategic or special assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance roles involving deal execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, scenario analysis, and transaction structuring
- Strong understanding of due diligence, risk assessments, and negotiation dynamics within transactional contexts
