37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay / Lakeside MRT station)

7:00am-4:00pm (overtime as needed)

Every 4 days' of work, 1 day off cycle

Gross salary up to $2,400/month (Basic + Allowances + OT pay)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, shaping of Danish pastries, croissants with precision and consistency.
• Assist in dough lamination, rolling, folding, and shaping as per bakery standards.
• Operate and maintain dough sheeters, and other bakery equipment under supervision.
• Picking and packing of frozen doughs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Apply proper storage techniques for doughs and finished products.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.

Job Requirements:

• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• No prior experience required ; training will be provided
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Physically fit - Must be able to stand for long hours and able to lift up to 20kg items when needed.
• Thrives in a fast paced environment - Works efficiently under pressure
• Must adhere to shift schedule - Willing to follow the 4 days' of work, 1 day off cycle
