Job Scope:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices in accordance with company policies, client agreements, and payment terms.
• Review and verify billing records, correct discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in account histories.
• Perform data entry of billing and payment information into the company's accounting system.
• Track payment status, follow up on overdue accounts, and apply received payments accurately.
• Respond to billing-related inquiries and support clients in resolving issues or setting up payment plans.
• Generate regular billing and payment reports to assist in financial reconciliation and management reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Support the billing team with documentation preparation for audits and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance/ Business admin or any related study
• Relevant experience as billing executive will have added advantage
