Position Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic IT Infrastructure Transformation projects. This includes overseeing project management processes, maintaining alignment with organizational goals, and optimizing project performance. The PM drives efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across IT teams and the wider organization. Focus on two major projects: M365 email migration / MS Teams regional rollout and Integration Hub regional rollout.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Governance and Standards:

• Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices specific to IT projects.
• Develop and implement frameworks for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure all projects adhere to established governance processes and compliance requirements.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Support Technology Delivery Lead in developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Drive changes and follow change management process (eg CAB and stakeholders communication)
• Follow through the change management and implementation, UAT and produce traceable documents for artifacts
• Assist in resource allocation, budget management, and timeline development.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, IT leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder communication plans.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Establish and maintain a risk and issue management framework.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Escalate critical risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
• Conduct project audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project teams.

Resource Management:

• Work with IT functional managers to ensure adequate resources are available for projects.
• Track resource utilization and identify potential resource conflicts.
• Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize resource allocation.

Tools and Technology:

• Evaluate, select, and implement technologies to support project delivery.
• Ensure the effective use of project management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Experiences:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on IT projects.
• Should have an experience in Authentication services (Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD Connect)
• Should have an experience in Messaging (Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online)
• Should have an experience in Collaboration (SharePoint, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Skype, Teams, Trello)
• Should have an experience in SharePoint migrations (2007 to 2016) improving collaboration tools and user adoption
• Should have a knowledge in strategic risk and control initiatives for people, processes, and assets within Cybersecurity services
• Should have an experience in Security (Defender, Exchange Online Protection, Data Classification)
• High level understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, storage, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
• Experience with change management methodologies.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
