At Dreamers, we're building a team of mentors who see the bigger picture. We believe swimming is the gateway to a confident, active life, and our coaches are powerful role models who open that gate. We're looking for people who get that the real win isn't just a perfect stroke, but the resilience a child builds while learning it.

• You want to be a strong role model for the next generation.
• You believe that sport is a tool for building confident, resilient humans.
• You're patient, professional, and genuinely enjoy connecting with kids.
• You're reliable and punctual-you understand that consistency is key.
• You're comfortable in the water. You don't need to be a pro swimmer (we'll train you!), but you must be willing to learn and grow.
• You are age 17+.
