We are currently seeking a polished, client-focused Client Advisor to join a luxury boutique in Singapore. Responsibilities:

• Deliver a world-class client experience by providing personalized and attentive service to every customer.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with VIP clientele through proactive clienteling and after-sales engagement.
• Drive individual performance to support overall store targets, including sales, conversion, and customer retention.
• Maintain an exceptional level of product knowledge to confidently communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and values.
• Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented at all times in line with brand standards.
• Support stock control processes including replenishment, inventory counts, and transfers.
• Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-end customer service.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a refined and professional demeanor.
• Passion for luxury products, storytelling, and building meaningful client relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
