1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in shipping/logistics or as a General Clerk.

2. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

3. Experience in preparing shipping documents (e.g., packing lists, invoices, and Delivery Orders (D/O).

4. Able to prepare and update Purchase Orders (POs).

5. Responsible for coordinating with forwarders for cargo collection and delivery.

6. To handle "ad-hoc tasks" as assigned.
