Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues for end-users
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and IT equipment
  • Perform user account setups, password resets, and access rights management in Active Directory/O365
  • Maintain incident logs, update helpdesk tickets, and ensure timely resolution according to SLA
  • Provide basic support for servers, LAN/WAN, and CCTV/network devices when required
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair/replacement and escalate complex issues
  • Assist with IT asset inventory, backups, system upgrades, and patch updates
  • Deliver user training on IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and new applications if needed

Requirements:

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in desktop or technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, MS Office, networking & common desktop applications
  • Familiar with Active Directory, Outlook/O365, remote support tools, antivirus, etc.
  • Good communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work independently
  • Able to start at short notice an advantage

Employment Details:

  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
