Role: Performance Reporting & Planning Support

Job Level: 1 - 2 years of relevant Experience (L1)

Key Responsibilities:

§ Data Management - Working with stakeholders in the region to collate KPI metrics data

§ Performance Reporting - Working with Data Analytics Team to translate data into management dashboards for performance reporting purpose

§ Planning & Analysis - Budgeting and forecasting

§ Participate in data and non-IT related projects

§ Perform Administrative Tasks - Manage SharePoint / Shared folder of the team, etc

§ Prepare periodic and ad-hoc MIS reporting for the function

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance

• Minimum 1 years' performance reporting or planning experience, preferably in financial industry

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel

• Fast learner with inquisitive mind and structure process in task execution

• Strong analytical skills and is meticulous with details

• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders

• Good attitude and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with the information handled during the course of work.

Technical Skills:

• Strong in excel

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to multitask
