The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Centre of Excellence (CoE) is being established as a highly skilled dedicated multi-disciplinary team that will advise, develop, and enable AI solutions; serving as the execution and enablement arm for the responsible and ethical development, production, and strategic adoption of AI solutions for the International Business - aligned to the business strategy, objectives while maximising the firms ROI and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Role description:
As an AI Strategy and Operationalisation Associate in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will support the implementation and successful adoption of of AI / ML solutions across the organisation.

Role description:
As an AI Strategy and Operationalisation Associate in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will support the implementation and successful adoption of of AI / ML solutions across the organisation.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in defining and executing the AI strategy
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practice and use cases to inform strategic decisions
- Support business case development - define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables in alignment with the business
- Support the full solution / product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment, and operationalization.
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics - track project progress and manage risks and issues
- Work with cross functional teams to drive AI initiatives, including data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts, act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in ensuring AI solutions / products align with the firms AI policies, governance framework, and regulatory requirements
- Support the integration of AI solutions into business processes
- Support user adoption - working with training and change management
- Support AI culture initiatives across the firm; training and capabilities
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging best practice
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent education level
- 5+ years of experience from either a consulting background or inhouse business management / strategy team
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications
- Experience working on technology transformation projects
- Good understanding of the Financial Services Industry and the role of AI and data
- Excellent MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Understanding of technical disciplines including data, analytics and AI
- Familiarity with data and AI concepts such as data management, data governance, AI risks etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience in developing and implementing business plans and managing projects from start to finish
- Experience with project management with ability to handle ambiguity and rally for change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in handling ambiguity and uncertainty, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Passion for learning and growing in the field of data and AI
