1. Project Scheduling & Planning

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules (using MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, and site supervisors to align site activities with project milestones.
  • Monitor daily site progress and flag any deviations from the plan.

2. Documentation & Submission

  • Prepare, compile, and submit required documentation such as:
    Method Statements
    Risk Assessments
    Work Permits
    Material Approval Submissions
  • Maintain proper records for LTA, BCA, MOM, or relevant authority audits.
  • Handle submission of shop drawings and as-built drawings.

3. Site Coordination

  • Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Attend site coordination and safety meetings.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation works on-site.

4. Procurement & Material Management

  • Prepare material requisitions, track delivery schedules, and ensure materials comply with approved specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any issues related to materials.

5. Regulatory & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., MOM, BCA, SCDF).
  • Assist in implementing Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures.
  • Prepare safety documents like Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).

6. Cost & Progress Tracking

  • Monitor work progress against schedule and report to management.
  • Assist in preparing claims, variation orders, and cost control documents.
  • Work with Quantity Surveyors on progress claims and sub-contract payments.

7. Administrative Support

  • Provide admin support for project-related documentation.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, daily reports, and progress photos.
  • Maintain records of inspections, test reports, and quality control documentation.Lead cross functional efforts and attend technical meetings with customers to meet customer design requirements.
  • Manage and Report project progress and continually assess & adjust resource requirements to meet customer timelines.
  • Drive new product development from initial prototyping to mass production.
  • Sourcing new components and equipment to support new products & responsible for cost evaluations of new product and tooling.
  • Coordinate/oversee progress of product development Cross-functional activities.
  • Responsible for project FAI and project documentation (such as Customer-approvals, Drawings, Specifications, Production SOP, Work-Instructions etc.)
  • Work with QA/QC to analyse and handle any quality issue.
  • Any other duties/projects assigned from time to time.
