Job Summary

The PS Category Alliances organization is seeking an experienced and highly organized Alliances Program Manager to support HP's PS Commercial business by driving the successful execution of global Alliance-sponsored programs. These roles sit at the intersection of global sales, Alliance partner enablement, and strategic execution - ensuring that HP's key alliance initiatives are flawlessly activated across markets.

You will be part of the PS Category Alliances organization, focused on translating strategic partner investments into impactful GTM execution across HP's global markets. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, operational rigor, and executive presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic Alliance-sponsored programs across HP's global Commercial business.
  • Manage global program planning cycles, including defining timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Alliance teams, Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Category stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance, partner ROI, and sales impact across markets
  • Coordinate market readiness activities, ensuring alignment on content, sales tools, and enablement assets.
  • Lead recurring cross-functional check-ins with Sales, Category, and Alliance teams to monitor program health and unblock execution gaps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across global and market teams to ensure consistent program rollout.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program scalability, visibility, and speed-to-market.
  • Serve as an escalation point for execution-related challenges across participating markets.
  • Prepare executive-level program readouts, dashboards, and insights for internal and partner stakeholders.

Education and Experience Required:
  • University or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, partner, sales, industry, channel , or a related field.
  • Experienced in cross functional team leadership, including directing virtual teams.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, including milestone tracking, KPI reporting, and issue resolution.

  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.

  • Familiarity with Alliance or co-funded partner program execution across global markets.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across diverse teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing international stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
