Job Description
- Provide in-house legal support in relation to general corporate & commercial matters on a company-wide basis
- Liaise with external lawyers on adjudication, arbitration, litigation and legal cases
- Conduct training and provide legal guidance on new regulations and developments
- Degree in Building/Construction/Engineering with certification obtained in Litigation/Arbitration Law
- Degree in Law is an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant experience and have prior experience in Contracts Administration in main contractor companies
- Well-versed in construction litigation procedures & familiar with Building & Civil Engineering contracts in both public and private sector
- Excellent written and spoken skills, communication and negotiation skills
- Working area located at west region
